Asian Dry Rub........

We all like to spice up our menu from time to time and this will definitely do it. I like to use spice rubs a lot, as it give a great flavor, without a lot of work.

Asian Dry Rub
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp crushed anise seeds
1/4 tsp ground clove
Combine all ingredients and store in an air tight container.
Good on pork or poultry.
