Very Sweet Corn.......

What an amazing time of year this is. The veggies are all ripening and taste so good. It's also a busy time in the kitchen husking and  blanching the corn; peeling and chopping the tomatoes for the freezer. It's time to roast the squash and put it into freezer bags for squash soup this winter. Busy, busy, busy....but so worth it. This winter all the soups and ears of corn will be so tasty. I am eating my fill now and plan to enjoy the bounty all winter long. I love soups and they are my main stay in the winter. YUM!
